Pembroke School, Adelaide Pembroke School was established in January of 1974 through the amalgamation of two single-sex schools, King’s College for boys, and Girton Girls' College. King's College a boys' school established in 1923 and Girton Girls' College was established in 1915. Our girls and boys learn in a natural, respectful and caring environment. They are challenged and stimulated by the opportunities offered by our broad-ranging academic and co-curricular programme.
